Therapist Resources
If you're a therapist working with trauma, or looking to strengthen your expertise around somatic work and neurodivergence, I offer supervision and consultation designed to help you feel more grounded, confident, and effective in the room.
Whether you're accruing hours toward licensure, want a trusted consultant for complex cases, or are looking for a supportive peer group to think alongside, I offer a range of formats to meet you where you are. Sessions are available both virtually and in person at the Saela Ro office.
Current Offerings:
Individual Sessions:
Individual Clinical Supervision (for Licensure):
For pre-licensed clinicians working toward full licensure. We'll meet regularly to review your caseload, strengthen your clinical reasoning, and work through the questions and uncertainties that come with building a practice. Supervision meets Colorado's requirements for LCSW and LPC hours required for licensure.
Peer Consultation (Licensed Clinicians):
For fully licensed therapists who want a thinking partner, not oversight. We'll dig into tricky cases, differential diagnosis questions, countertransference, and the parts of the work that are hard to untangle alone.
Group Sessions:
Group Supervision (for Licensure Hours):
For pre-licensed clinicians who want the connection and shared learning of a group setting while accruing supervision hours toward licensure. Meets Colorado's supervision requirements.
Group Consultation:
A standing group for licensed clinicians to bring cases, share perspective, and learn from each other in a structured, supportive space. Groups typically meet biweekly and are capped at a small number of participants.
Getting Started:
Have questions, or want to see if we're a good fit? Let's schedule a consult call and talk about what kind of support would serve you best right now.
