Couples Therapy
Rebuilding Connection, One Conversation at a Time
Every couple hits rough patches, the same argument on repeat, a slow drift toward distance, or a rupture that's hard to move past. Couples therapy isn't about assigning blame; it's about understanding the patterns you're stuck in and learning new ways to reach each other.
I use the Gottman Method, a research-based approach built on decades of studying what makes relationships work. Sessions are available both virtually and in person.
Couples therapy is a place to slow down and actually be heard, by your partner and by someone trained to help you both find your way back to each other. I'll be direct, warm, and honest with you both, and I'll never ask you to pretend this isn't hard.
Who I Work With:

Improve communication before small issues become big ones
-
Navigate a major transition together (a move, a baby, a loss, a career change)
-
Decide, with clarity, what they want their relationship to become
